CONSENT TO ESTABLISH (CTE)

CTE is a mandatory approval that any industrial unit, infrastructure project, or facility must obtain before starting construction or installation of machinery. It ensures that the proposed project will not harm the environment and follows pollution control norms.

The following Documents are required:

Identity proof of the applicant (EPIC / Aadhaar / Driving License / PAN Card)
Proof of Ownership / Legal occupancy (Rent agreement, Rent receipt, Parcha, Land deed, Lease documents etc. as applicable).
Gross Capital Investment Certificate (Self-certified Undertaking).
Self-certified Site plan / layout with Road map / Route map.
Detailed Project Report with details of Emission, Effluent, Solid waste management plan, raw materials, finished products, manufacturing process including list of machineries.

CONSENT TO OPERATE (CTO)

Consent to Operate (CTO) is an official environmental clearance issued by the State Pollution Control Board (SPCB) or Pollution Control Committee (PCC) that allows a company or facility to begin actual operations (manufacturing, processing, running equipment, etc.) after construction is completed. It is the second stage of environmental consent, issued after obtaining Consent to Establish (CTE).

The following Documents are required:

Identity proof of the applicant (EPIC / Aadhaar / PAN Card)
Proof of Ownership / Legal occupancy (Rent agreement, Rent receipt, Parcha, Land deed, Lease documents etc. as applicable).
Gross Capital Investment Certificate (Self-certified Undertaking).
Self-certified Site plan / layout with Road map / Route map.
Detailed Project Report with details of Emission, Effluent, Solid waste management plan, raw materials, finished products, manufacturing process including list of machineries.
Copy of CFE certificate along with compliance status
Copy of EC along with compliance status (for EC attracting unit)
Status of compliance of previous directions / conditions (if any) (For Renewal)
Current test reports for emission, effluent (done within last 1 year) (For Renewal)

BIO-MEDICAL WASTE AUTHORIZATION

Bio-Medical Waste Authorization is a mandatory legal permission issued by the State Pollution Control Board (SPCB) or Pollution Control Committee (PCC) that allows healthcare facilities and related entities to generate, handle, collect, treat, store, transport, and dispose of bio-medical waste as per law.

The following Documents are required:

Filled in Form- II with the quantity of Four categories of BMW
Self-declaration in case Bio-medical waste is not generated by the HCF.
Copy of Registration from the State Medical Council
Copy of Agreement with Operator of a Bio-Medical Waste Facility.
Copy of Authorization in case of Renewal

EXTENDED PRODUCERS RESPONSIBILITY (EPR)

Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) is a legal obligation under Indian environmental law that makes producers (manufacturers, importers, and brand owners) responsible for the collection, recycling, and environmentally sound disposal of the products they introduce into the market after consumer use.

BATTERY WASTE MANAGEMENT

Waste batteries can always be recycled or taken to household hazardous waste collection points. To prevent fires from lithium-ion batteries, tape battery terminals and/or place batteries in separate plastic bags and never put these batteries in household garbage or recycling bins.

EPR mandates that all waste batteries to be collected and sent for recycling/refurbishment, and its prohibits disposal in landfills and incineration. To meet the EPR obligations, producers may engage themselves or authorize any other entity for collection, recycling or refurbishment of waste batteries.

AERB LICENSE

An AERB License is a mandatory authorization issued by the Atomic Energy Regulatory Board (AERB) of India that permits the safe use of radiation sources and nuclear energy in various sectors like medicine, industry, research, and agriculture.

The following Documents are required:

Manufacturing unit Address proof.
Information concerning equipment.
Identity proof, Equipment ID, and address proof
Employment proof of the owner
Obtain X-ray equipment Quality Assurance
RSO approval is obligatory to submit by the computed Interventional radiology and computed technology users.
Room shielding requirements and layout details.
Copy of valid type approval enclosed with NOC.
Radiation survey reports that you can get from the sanctioned agency and equipment supplier.

MENTAL HEALTH LICENSE

A Mental Health License is an official registration or authorization issued by the State Mental Health Authority (SMHA) or Central Mental Health Authority (CMHA) under the Mental Healthcare Act, 2017. It allows an individual, organization, or facility to legally establish and operate mental health services in India.

CLINICAL ESTABLISHMENT

A Clinical Establishment (CE) License is the registration of a clinical establishment (hospital, nursing. home, diagnostic center or single-doctor clinic) by the Government.
